In addition to supporting renewable energy through our own operations, we have worked with industry participants and governments to build an investment and regulatory climate that supports the development of sustainable renewable energy projects. Brookfield Renewable Power has played a lead role in the Ontario Waterpower and Windpower Task Forces. As well, Brookfield Renewable Power and many of our affiliates are active members of the Ontario Waterpower Association, the Canadian Hydropower Association and the Canadian Wind Energy Association.
